Located on the north side of the island these villas feature luscious green gardens overlooking the sapphire lagoon which provide seclusion in a natural setting.

Beach Villa with Pool:
Beach villas can be found on the south side of the island with direct access to the beach and mesmerizing lagoon. From the comfort of your own living/dining gazebo kick back and relax while taking in the views of the azure waters which never fails to amaze. Guests' wellbeing is top priority, and so a lap pool is included for those who feel like a gentle aquatic workout.

Water Villa with pool:
Located on the northwestern side of Landaa Giraavaru along the double-loaded jetty. These villas are in perfect position to enjoy sunrise or sunset

Water Villa:
Same as Water Villa with Pool except they have the added bonus of being an elevated loft and so benefit from wider views and have a feeling of floating above water.

Two Bedroom Water Villa:
These two-bedroom villas provide generous amounts of space for family or friends to share a heavenly experience together. Located at the northwestern corner of the island, at the end of the Water Villa jetty, you can fully appreciate views of sunrise or sunset.

Two Bedroom Royal Beach Villa:
If you want to be treated like royalty then this villa is a must. Located on the western end of the island it overlooks 2kms of uninterrupted glistening turquoise lagoon. With masses of privileged space to do whatever you please, you can restfully reside here knowing that it is built to accommodate the largest of families.

Two Bedroom Koimala Land and Ocean Villa:
These outstanding villas capture the best of both worlds being on land as well as water. Located on the western side of the island the villas consists of a land based pavilion with private beach access, alfresco living/ dining area and a wooden walkway which leads to the sea-based sleeping area.

Bungalows and Villas - accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
Specialty Suites - accommodate up to 6 adults or 4 adults 2 children (11+ years).

Cafe Landaa:
For breakfast, lunch and dinner, experience exquisite delights with eastern and western influences.

Al Barakat:
Serves authentic Arabian cuisine. The restaurant is built over water, off the main jetty with A Shisha Bar on the ground level and main dining area on the rooftop.

Blu:
Captures the essence of the Maldives as the place where the ocean meets the sky. From the restaurant pavilion on one side or the Sunset Bar pavilion on the other, you can watch the sun sink into the sea.

The Barbecue:

Felivaru Tuna Canning Factory:
Fishing is the Maldivians' main occupation and livelihood. Expert fishermen, they use the pole-and-line method to catch all fish used for canning in Maldives, thus encouraging a sustainable, environmentally friendly fishing industry. At Felivaru Tuna Canning Factory, the only canning factory in the country, you can find out the "how and where" behind the cans of tuna in the supermarket.

Kendhoo Island:
Visit the 12th-century house of Abu Al Barakat, the scholar who converted Maldives from Buddhism to Islam.

Kudarikilu Fishing Village:
Our neighbouring island of Kudarikilu provides a glimpse into Maldivian island life. Visit the island office, village school, local shop and mosque, and discover thunda kunaa, the traditional craft of mat weaving.
